HR Tech Consulting stands for digital HR strategies, modern HR software and smart process design. Our customers rely on us when it comes to successfully implementing complex projects – from HR IT strategy to implementation.

We work differently from traditional consultancies: remote first, efficient, tech-savvy. We prefer to spend our time finding solutions for our customers rather than on trains and in hotels. Our projects are challenging – but they are also exciting, varied and have a real impact.

At our company, performance and team spirit go hand in hand. We demand a lot, we encourage a lot. Mistakes are allowed, as long as you learn from them. "Fail fast, learn fast" is not just a slogan for us, it is our culture.

Work sample / case study: A real task from our day-to-day consulting work

Get to know the work at HR Tech Consulting by means of a real task from our daily consulting routine. If there is a lasting spark on both sides, we will invite you to a work trial. The work sample should enable you and us to get to know your approach to problems in a practical way.
